Dellanera RV Park Galveston, Texas

We've finally made it to Galveston for the first time with our travel trailer. We stayed at Dellanera RV Park. It is just a short walk away from the beach. We are camping right next to Seascape Condos, which is where my in-laws are staying. We arrived at the RV park on the 24th of June after staying in Huntsville State Park for a few days prior. The facilities are nice and clean. There are restrooms/showers and a laundry room.

Review

Showers--clean, code required, oddly arranged (there was an opening in the wall connecting to the other showers)

Restrooms--clean, code required

Laundry Room--roomy and clean, code required

Sites--spacious

Landscaping--there were stickers everywhere which made it difficult for the dogs to use the restroom. We had to take them all the way to the beach to use the restroom which was very inconvenient. I hope in the future they spray for stickers before the summer season.

      

 We've been wanting to visit Pleasure Pier ever since it went up, but never got the chance. We finally were able to visit. It can get pretty pricey if you're not careful. We only rode the ferris wheel and had FOOD there! The ferris wheel overlooked the ocean and we watch the sunset as we rode it around and around. It was a beautiful view of the ocean and the city of Galveston.
